I opened reddit account just to respond to your question: Elon Musk stutters a little, and he clutters when he speaks, but he still insists upon speaking. And nobody gives a damn about how he speaks. Don't let anything stop you from doing what you're passionate about. I let fear control my life, so I don't want anyone else to go through that... I realized this late, I'm making changes to my life but it's harder to do so now. I wish there was someone to give me a pep-talk when I was younger. Seek out people that support you, seek speech therapy, meditate, put yourself into uncomfortable situation again and again until your brain desensitizes you to fear. Your audience is very forgiving about your stutter, but you've to learn to forgive yourself first....
