Yeah, i mean he is desperate, I can understand why he is clinging to you. But like others said, please don't feel any obligation. Just be nice to him, but let him know he cant cling to you. He will probably be stammering all his life like us, he needs to develop some emotional intelligence to not alienate people who are nice to him.
