Any natural remedy that can help me manage my stutter?

Any natural remedy that can help me manage my stutter? I have problems saying words with vowels in the beginning like “AEIOU”. Most of the time when I have to start a sentence with those words, I’ll have “block” moment. Breathing deeply and speaking slow doesn’t do anything for me.
