Mouth Ulcers

Mouth Ulcers I get mouth ulcers/canker sores like once a month. I currently have three on the tip of my tongue. This is the most painful shit!!! Every time I stutter/block the sores just get worse and worse because my tongue tends to press up behind my teeth when I block. So I focus more on not stuttering, which, as we all know, only makes the stuttering worse. 😂 I can only laugh about it at this point. Whenever I feel bad about stuttering, I always think “it could be worse, I could have canker sores” Does anyone else get those?
