I think that's unlikely to happen anytime soon, your best shot is learning to not give a shit about it and maybe learning some techniques to become a bit more fluent when you need it imo. Speech theraphy helps, but the real deal breaker is working on the mental part; when I managed to stop my anxiety to go over the roof everytime I was going to open my mouth my quality of life really improved. I know it's easier said than done tho.
