Stuttering is a two edged sword. On one hand, when you do have lots of things to talk about you’re constantly anxious and stutter. However, since we’re always HYPER aware of conversations and what we’re saying, it’s difficult for us to just let our thoughts flow. Instead, we’re thinking about, “I hope I have things to talk about” and “I hope I don’t stutter”. Talking freely and openly is a skill Itself that I fear we don’t practice often enough because we’re caught up in thinking about our stutter
