Well, we can only advise healthy medical interventions and so if your country offers it I have read in the literature that it is most likely the best option to treat mental health disorders with combined medications (likely an antidepressant) and therapy specific for anxiety, social anxiety, or depression through CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).
