Disclose it early on, early as possible and don’t run away from speaking opportunities. It’s a skill that can be built on and the more you do it the more you will get better at it. My presentations and structure of them really don’t change that much. It’s almost starting to feel like a script. The content can change from client to client but the structure does not. I do a lot of usability testing which gives me the opportunity to speak to strangers one on one which I am not afraid of. Helps build confidence that way
