This is really interesting but sadly I can’t try any of it until I’m able to move out and have my own source of income. However I have been taking prozac for my anxiety and I noticed serious speech improvements, which does make sense because while I do stutter always to some extent my anxiety always worsened it x10. Maybe one day I can try this method as I’m also on Prozac and see what results id get out of it, if any.
