Hey disfluency does not mean you can't communicate properly. Just accept the fact that you speak differently and are disfluent. Believe me I know sometimes it can be extremely frustrating and you feel like banging your head against the wall. After so many I have realised that people don't care as much as we do. Our whole lives revolve around the fact that we stutter or how people see us. But honestly once you get comfortable with yourself and accept it you'll start feeling a lot better, you'll even notice a decrease in your stutter.
