This works for me, in situations where I’m placing an order, arriving for an appointment, etc etc. Not to much when just introducing yourself to someone on the street. What I’ve done for a few years now is when asked my name, “My first name is blank, Last name blank” I believe that works for me because I don’t immediately start with something I can’t say. So maybe try to add to your sentence when introducing yourself. Like “Thanks for asking, my name is blank”. Just a thought! Hopefully it helps out, even a little
