Oddly enough, it's the opposite for me. A while ago, maybe a decade, I used to stutter a lot on phone calls. But then something weirdly clicked, and now talking on the phone feels like talking out loud to myself, so I don't stutter. There's only one exception, I still stutter like a bitch around my family on calls.
