Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately as it stands, yes. For some reason they’re really pushing the call thing this financial year. We have call policies where certain situations are an immediate phone call. A conversation with upper management about this is not off the table but I’m not sure what the outcome would be. Plus he does WANT to make the calls and get more confidence, it’s just knowing the best way to encourage him.
