Whenever i talk about usual crap i don't stutter at all. Stuttering begins whenever i try to explain something or tell a story. It seems like whenever i have to say something important and i know that people will listen, it immediately triggers. Meditation and exercise can really make a difference, but you have to stick with it. And you also have to be, as a stutterer, always happy with your condition. If depression kicks in, we immediately start stuttering harder. That's what i concluded in the last 23 yrs as a stutterer. Also, long days of drugs sessions can also increase the stuttering. So work out, go out, and don't be an introvert. the more you talk, the better your speaking will get.
