I don't know, honestly. The only thing that I've done differently is engage in intense exercise. I run 3 to 6 miles a day, depending on my pace and goals for the day. If I'm going at a slow pace, it's 5 to 6 miles. If I'm going at a fast pace, it's around 3 to 4 miles. I'm assuming the exercise I've been doing positively impacts my brain. I've been running for about half a year, and I started to see positive results in my speech two months ago, and now, I'm almost entirely free from the shackles of stuttering. **EDIT:** I'm at like a 96% fluency rate now. It used to be 50% - 60%, at best.
