Yes! With the help of my speech therapist and some exercises I've gone from like a 6/10 stutter to like a 2/10. Idk the names of the exercises but 3 in particular helped me once I got into the habit of incorporating them in my life 1) *Slightly* elongating the first sounds of words in the beginning of sentences of I think they'll trip me up. 2) For words in the middle of sentences I learned to sort it tie the beginning of the trouble word into the end if the previous word. 3) For blocking, I start to exhale through my mouth just before I start trying to talk and sort of "exhale" the word. If you don't already, get a speech therapist! Mine helped me a ton and I owe a lot of my success to her.
