Update: Zoloft 100mg once a day. Buspar 10mg x 2 a day. Diazepam 10mg every third day. I feel like I have taken the chicken way out but I had no choice, my stuttering takes over my life. I was starting to develop social anxiety at a level I have never had and that is not working at my line of job. Diazepam makes my vocals and tounge feel so smooth. My blocks is radically reduced. The past 3 days have been amazing considering my speech. I can finnaly be who I want to be at work. I am so social now and have no speech anxiety at all. I know the dangers of Benzo but what should I do? Please god remove my stutter or I will do that by the help from medication.
