is there anything i can do/take to help me not stutter???

is there anything i can do/take to help me not stutter??? hiya!! im pretty new to this sub so bear with me XD ive had a stutter since i was 10 and im 14 now but nobody in my family really knows what to do or how to help at all and i was wondering if theres any sort of medicine i can get to help??? i cant even say a simple good morning to someone without taking 5 minutes to say good!!! they think that itll pass and that its just something thatll blow over but it doesnt feel like it since its just getting worse and worse and its really getting to me since ive lost all my frens:( i just want to be able to at least make it not so bad so is there anything at all thatll help???:(
