Strongly suggest looking at rest of podcast series. I once went 3 days with broken heat and freezing outside bc I was too scared to call. Once I did, it was very hard to get my address out correctly. Today I jumped out of my car bc a tree was blocking the road and I saw a few people standing around talking. I offered to drive/direct someone and got out of car again to make sure they were all set. All with words.
