I was! I was almost every part of it: Frontline agent, lead, QA, supervisor, manager, etc. I left recently and did social media for a retail brand for the holiday season, and now I'm a job coach for the state. I am appreciative of my call center years. It taught me that most people didn't give a fuck that I stutter, they just wanted to know why their bill was so high. And since I was the person who knew more than them, I was more confident in my speech. At least 2 times, someone asked me about my stutter on a call with genuine interest. It was nice.
