First job interview (read) Hey guys, I’m 16 year old guy that has a stutter. I had my first interview today at McDonalds and I don’t know how to feel about it. I’m a very confident person and decently smart (know multiple languages, straight A+ through all of school, fast learner). What happened: for the first 20-30 seconds I stuttered badly, like every other word and the interviewee kept saying it was ok. After her asking my name and a question, I stopped stuttering as much and nearly spoke stutter-free for the rest of the interview. The interview lasted about 5-7 minutes. Do you guys think I’ll get rejected because of the beginning? The interview felt too short no? She asked a lot of questions and I answered pretty fast and decently. How were your guy’s first interview and did u get the job?
