Bro, I use the principle: From the inside out. My inner world. There is the outside world. . First you need to improve relations in the inner world, to be happy in the outside. We are all people most of the day live in our inner world. Especially, those who stutter live in their head much more than an ordinary person. The task is to interrupt the chain of poisonous thoughts in my head and start thinking differently. . Feel yourself inside, yourself present, to have the power to influence in the outside world, not to give in to the cheap emotions of people. ​ This is a summary of what I learn to own.
