Hey man, I just posted this in another thread but I think it relates: [Accepting Yourself](http://www.reddit.com/r/Stutter/comments/2t2xcn/thought_i_was_making_so_much_progress_feel_like/cnvik1n) I do think speech therapy can really help, but it realllllly is hard to find an SLP who knows what they're doing and can help. I'd be wary of programs that do fluency shaping and everything that promises to get you fluent. If you live in the US and are unsure about speech therapy, I strongly recommend going to the NSA annual conference. It's the best resource out there and can really start you on your journey. Let me rephrase, I incredibly strongly recommend you go if you can. This year it's in Chicago during the first week in July. Do what you can to go.
