I once stopped a friend mid-sentence because it didn't appear to me like he had a block, rather that he was not able to find the right word. Non-stuttering people do this to each other all the time. I don't think much about his stutter... So it just went out of my mouth. "Alright, I got the idea." Later I realized... And now I feel horrible. I'm just saying this so you guys know that not everything is related to your stutter. I understand it must be tough and sometimes it makes you think this way... But we're not offended by your stutter and we're not trying to hurt you. "Just spit it out" is pretty rude though.
