Stuttering fucking sucks and makes things harder day to day, but it sounds like you're especially struggling with establishing some self value. I worked for several years with my dad as a stone mason and rarely had to talk to anyone. I realized how many careers in skilled trades there are that pay well and require minimal interaction. You're so young. There are endless possibilities. Have you considered trade school or looking into jobs that are done primarily alone? There's nothing wrong with restaurant work, so don't be hard on yourself there. I worked in restaurants for over ten years and remember it fondly. With that said, restaurants are a very engaging job, especially fast food. Working in busy kitchens wasn't good for my fluency or self esteem. Find things to appreciate aboit yourself. Start thinking of ways to set your future self up for success, not even financially, but with an emotionally sustainable life. You CAN get there. It just requires a little extra work and planning for people who stutter.
