I totally agree with you. Living and dealing with a stutter can be so painful and scary at times, but actively trying to overcome it with a positive mindset can make you so much stronger and eager for life than the next person. I think having a stutter hold you back makes you see the potential within yourself that you wouldn't be able to find otherwise. Rather than seeing that potential as impossible, or a "what if", using it as encouragement and fuel can really make you grow and aim higher. Of course it's scary and at times legitimately depressing, but that's just life. Actively improving it and really searching within yourself gives you an understanding of yourself that some people never even scratch the surface of in their own lives.
