I don’t want to discourage stuttering community. However, this is my thoughts on our situation. Yes, we have this condition and should live with this. Some of us manage to control it and feel no limitation. Some are struggling… I think for them the advice “not to compromise” is dubious. Bc, it could be overstretching. Then it all depends on internal strength. Some handle it well, some not. For the latter is better of to stay in their comfort zone for their safety.
