100% agree when I was in school I couldn't even say my own name. I learned over the years how to get past this... I made a thread about this and got some good and bad feedback. I cant speak about 98% fluent now with only 2% of stutter. I havent read any of his book i just self taught myself over the years. Mainly my view on stuttering is if you can speak clear as day to yourself out loud in a room with only you, you don't have a stuttering problem you have some sort of social anxiety/nervousness problem. My main point is calmness, and don't think about stuttering, its hard at first but you get my point. This going hand in hand.
