You are inspiring, regardless of your self-doubts. Everyone has individual speech patterns. There are always differences in unique intonation and pacing. You could just accept your speech or join a public speaking group such as Toastmasters International, where you could practice public speaking in a different environment. It’s wonderful you are filling a management position and succeeding in leadership. Give yourself some grace AND kudos.
