i am 32 myself and it was not until recently i stopped getting embarrassed by it. not sure if this helps you,but i found myself in a series of situations over the last few years where i was the expert in the room, both socially and professionally. that in itself was not the changing factor, but i realized that *what* i had to say mattered more than *how* i said it. it sounds cheezy and we have all heard it 1000 times but it is true but once you internalize it your shame will disappear (mostly)
