I haven't read into the research on Ecopipam, or other drugs around stuttering. It's a bit of personal bias that I'll only take a medication if there are no other solutions; and I think there are ways to effectively manage your stutter without medication. That said, you do what works best for you. I think the interventions above are reliably effective (and you're not messing with brain chemistry), so I recommend them, but you do what works best for you. If you're happy, I'm happy.
