Being self conscious has helped I'm in my third sem of college. For the past year I've suddenly become self conscious of when I stutter and when I do stutter i think to myself ,"why did i stutter there was no need at all." Then in the future i tend to get nervous a little less based on that. But sometimes I start to overthink why i stutter. A person could've asked me the simplest question, i stutter then i keep thinking abt it alot. I was talking to a friend and while in convo i must've said the word "fruit" atleast 5 times. By the 6th time i stopped took a breath and said the word effortlessly. I hope this makes sense to whoever reads this, just thought I'd mention it.
