I have a mild a stutter, well actually it’s gotten a little bit worse lately, but I feel because of my anxiety. Anyways, what helped me was practicing my speech out loud. Every time I had a presentation/speech, I hardly ever stuttered; I don’t know why, but I’m grateful for that. Maybe it has to do with the fact that I’d practice, but if that’s the case, you should do it too!
