How did taking COM100 impact your stutter ?

How did taking COM100 impact your stutter ? Hey, I'm going to be an incoming freshman for college and I am required to take Communication 100. I wanted to know if the classes improved your speech or made it worse ? Was the class bearable? And how did you prepare for speeches.
