I have a block stutter So when I stutter I just stop the stutter and repeat the phrase, while breathing in a softer tone, until the word comes out smoothly, that works with my family But in public situations, for instance, school, when I block my head just goes blank, I dont move a finger with my mouth open trying with all my will to spit out the word, this often leads to a worse stutter, like repeating the syllable which only happens to me in a situation where I make too much force in my mouth So I thought maybe If I control my nerves better in public situations, I'll get past the stutters the way Im supposed to and not get freezed while doing a strange face I guess in home I'll be my own speech therapist and practice with my family until I can get a actual therapist which I dont even know if they're in my country but thanks for answering, really
