For me it has changed entirely tbh. It's note about sounds, but rather certain words and certain situations. Like usually I don't stutter at all of I'm in a chill situation doing small talk but I will always stutter if I'm in a formal situation or if I'm trying to explain something. Then I need time for every word. No matter which sound or letter.
