Well I guess the next step is accepting your stutter. It weighing on your mind just going to make it worse. Believe me I know. I am 40. My speech have gotten better over the years. But I still stutter whenever I have anxiety or just being nervous. I know it sucks seeing people that can speak fluently. And wonder why that can't be me? I think the best step is learn not caring what people think about your stutter. And just own it. What help me. Let people know you stutter. So when you do communicate. You won't try to hide. Which going to make your stutter worse.
