When I used to focus on being more fluent, I was so much more depressed, but now that I've been told, my stutter is a neurological. It took a major weight off my shoulders, cause I always blamed myself for not practicing enough and being good. I was told to accept it by my speech therapist, and have started to. The changes are weird, but working on building more confidence
