" I have to work with all my strength to get rid of this anxiety" If you are bothered by this feeling "stutter fear", then you are putting your attention on the fear in order to anticipate a stutter (old habit). It's unlikely that you can stop feeling stutters because your mind is programmed to anticipate stutters in order to prepare for them. Because, in your mind, stuttering is bothering or fearful. So instead of stopping your feelings, learn to be okay with the discomfort, always expect this feeling of fear, observe this fear and really experience it (don't react to it) while multitasking speaking. Consider this: A) you can ignore the fear by pushing the fear into the subconcious. **Positive result:** you feel no fear. **Negative result**: your body doesn't learn that the fear has no meaning, is not true and is not fearful. B) or you can observe and really experience the fear while multitasking with speaking. **Negative result:** you feel fear or doubt while speaking. **Positive result**: you learn to speak even with fear or doubt. By observing the fear without reacting while not doing the compulsion, your body learns that the fear is not true/fearful than previously thought
