I notice that driver instructors like to make their students get out of their comfort zone, making them interact with them or others whenever possible, lol. Still, what matters is that you read it through the end! ^^ Maybe you can let your instructor know that you have a stutter. If they still want you to read out loud, they should let you know ahead of time of which paragraph you should read so you can practise at home.
