I have had that problem my whole entire life, I have a bachelor's in computer science and instead of getting those jobs I get warehouse, production and assembly jobs instead and being denied to level up at my current job that I have been at for almost 5 years now, I had a great manager for 4 years, she got let go and I was back to square one getting treated like I am stupid because I stutter and also on the autism spectrum even though it is not very noticeable
