Does anyone else have physical pain due to their stutter?

Does anyone else have physical pain due to their stutter? From my experience my jaw, mouth, neck and throat are constantly hurting, sometimes badly because of how I need to physically strain myself to say a word when having a block or when having tics during a stutter(I don’t have Tourette’s Syndrome)
