Congratulations for making it through and being confident in yourself. Myself, and I'm sure most people here, know exactly how you feel in just being excited that you finished. I believe my worst presentation was during a research trip I made in Malmo, Sweden. I had to present my findings to about 20 engineers and scholars. It was long and painful, but I made it through with a smile on my face. You will find that people are much more supporting of our disability than we might initially think. Chin up :)
