Hi, the same with me. I can give a presentation for as long as I want, without the feeling that my stuttering is holding me back. I think it's because I'm speaking loudly and articulate the words precisely so that everyone understands the message I want to share. After the presentation when somebody asks me questions, the habit of stuttering reappears, because it's a conversation from eyes to eyes (or my mind didn't experienced something else than stuttering while having a conversation). The "new" experience of a presentation is not seen by my brain as speaking, but presenting. If we stutterers want to minimize or even prevent stuttering, we need to change our mindset about speaking. It's just (at least in my case) psychological, so the way we think changes the ability to speak immediately. We need to gain confidence! So stand up straight with your shoulders back, you are more than your stutter!!
