Can't say my name... Do you know a way to do it? Hello, I am 17 and have been stuttering since 4-5 years now. I mainly have big blanks in the middle or the beginning of a sentence. I followed therapy who helped me in some way from practically cannot speak to my family to speak with some blanks. Today, a new teacher asked for my name when we were in small groups of 6-7 students. I just said "ehhhhhhhhhhhh" and couldn't say my name and a friend who know my stutter told it, with some laughing of the others classmates in the group. Since I started stutter, I practically never succeed to say my name properly 🤬. Maybe some of you have faced the same issue or know a way/tricks to avoid it.
