Well fair enough, all i can say is that it has worked for me, and there is a ton of posts on nofap with stutteres who have noticed a huge difference in their speech and fluency. I'm just here to help, because i now how much it sucks when your fluency is out the window. Want to try Ayahuasca btw haha xD
