Stuttering actually can be sorta contagious, in my experiences. But, only if that person has or had a mild stutter before. I get your fears because I think all of us stutters have that, when it comes to our children. I have a pretty severe stutter. I also have 3 boys that don't really stutter at all. My oldest and youngest have a mild stutter at times. But NOTHING compared to mine. My middle son, completely fluent. Also, keep in mine that females are less likely to stutter than males, so I like your daughter's chances.
