Sorry to hear of your struggles. I can relate to this very much. I once faked having laryngitis and wrote everything down because my speech was so bad. I've been socially inept for long periods of time. I will say it never stopped me from achieving a good career and a nice house. It has prevented me from establishing new relationships. But you have plenty of time to renew your life. You don't have to be defined by the affliction. You just have to accept it for being apart of you. You'll figure it out and keep your head up man.
