For those curious, the genes that have been found are, as they believe, 8-16% of the genes that actually deal with it. But the thing about it is that these genes deal with intracellular trafficking and cell waste removal processes. This was found back in 2010 but again it's been 5 years and no one has a clue to what intracellular trafficking of enzymes involves with stuttering
