Agree with this! Lee Lovett talks about spontaneous speech, and how we are more fluent when doing that. Here’s a BIG tip that helped me…. Know the idea of the story you want to tell, but don’t pre script the actual words you’re gonna say, let that part come out spontaneously. Let me know if you have any questions.
